Atanu Bhowal
Product Manager, Bentley Systems
Atanu Bhowal is a senior professional with more than two decades of experience in managing diverse aspects of product management across various product types. He has a bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering and has been working at Bentley Systems for the last 15 years.
Atanu is well versed in product engineering for popular structural engineering software like STAAD, RAM, MStower, and OpenTower.

Pankaj Taneja
User Success Manager, Bentley Systems
Pankaj Taneja is a licensed professional engineer (PE) in the USA. After completing an MS in Civil Engineering in 2006, he built up a passion for telecommunication structures and has been involved in a myriad of aspects of tower engineering, including structural analysis, manufacturing, audits, tower climbing, etc. He has been an active member of the TIA – TR-14 committee. He joined Bentley Systems in 2010 and helped develop the OpenTower line of products. In his current role as a User Success Manager, he leads a team of subject matter experts (SME) and bridges the gap between industry requirements and software development.

Marjie S. Erispe-Gadon
CEO, MEG Technical Consultancy
With over 15 years of experience specializing in structural engineering design and project management, I possess extensive expertise in various structural systems, particularly in buildings, vertical towers, and other structures. My proficiency includes cast-in-place concrete, structural steel, and foundation design. I am an active regular member of the Association of Structural Engineers of the Philippines and a former Partner and Senior Structural Engineer at Abinales Associates Engineers + Consultants, where I led structural design projects for companies involved in design-and-build schemes. Currently, I am a Structural Engineer deployed to China Communication Services Philippine Corporation, leading the Base Station Local Structural Design Team and serving as a Consultant for Guangdong Planning and Designing Institute of Telecommunications Co., Ltd., handling DITO Telecommunication Projects.

Kim Aldrin Mejia
CEO/Co-founder Prima-Struct Engineering Consultancy
Kim Aldrin Mejia, Registered Civil Engineer and Master Plumber, is a key leader in the Philippine tower industry. A graduate of Mapua Institute of Technology and top 1 in the July 2017 RMP licensure exam, he pursued graduate studies in Structural Engineering at UP Diliman. Kim co-authored the Master Plumbing Reference, co-founded Prima-Struct Engineering Consultancy and Accelerate Review Center, and serves as Design Manager at Philtower Consortium Inc, one of the country’s largest tower companies. His expertise drives innovation and development as the industry evolves.
